Dr Niemann performed an adenotonsillectomy on my 6-year-old daughter last week Tuesday, 1 November 2016 at Centurion Day Hospital. Firstly I was very impressed with the doctor’s practice and day hospital for obtaining the authorisation number from the medical aid on my behalf. Our stay and the treatment we received was most welcoming – from arriving until going home. Every person we dealt with that morning contributed to a wonderful, friendly and least traumatising experience for my little patient. It was a lot more ‘informal’, supportive and personal than it would be in a bigger facility, making it a lot less stressful for everyone. The kiddies ward is beautiful and the soft toys on the beds really create a homely environment. We did not simply leave after the procedure – the nurse walked us to the car to make sure the patient was fine.

This is the best Hospital by far situated in Centurion. from the time we walked the sisters on duty that helped with my son’s tooth extraction, to the warm welcome kids area to the exceptional food in the canteen was simply amazing. The sister even walked us to the CAR to make sure my son was fine. God’s blessings on each of your generosity. I recommend this place to everyone, it’s 100% better than Unitas (sorry just my opinion). I have never received such amazing experience in any hospital the way I did with this hospital.
