We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, fill in online pre-admission form, or fill in your information when requesting information via a website contact form.

We use the Patient Information that we collect generally to fulfill any requests placed through the website (including processing your medical information, to arrange for any medical procedures to take place, and providing you with the quotes / invoices and/or information requested).  Additionally, we use this Patient Information to:

The Company shall under no circumstances be using any sensitive information of any nature on any of our remarketing tags.

The Company shall duly endeavour to adhere to all of the current in-effect policies of Google related to remarketing or any other form of Google advertising in all of its Google AdWords marketing campaigns. (In instances of possible non-conformity to such, the Company shall endeavour to rectify such in a prompt manner.)

5. Data Retention

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

7. How do we protect your information?

Centurion Day Hospital will ensure that the appropriate measures are taken to safeguard any personal and patient information. These measures will include physical, technological and procedural safeguards which restrict access to systems, as well as steps to ensure the safe archiving of records.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so. Centurion Day Hospital will not be held liable under any circumstances if such information is compromised or disclosed through conduct outside the control of Centurion Day Hospital such as hacking, “Trojan Horses”, or infection by “viruses” or software that are intended to damage and detrimentally interfere with our operations.

We also make use of regular Malware Scanning and we use an SSL certificate to safeguard our website.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
