Dr Pienaar has been in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery practice for the past 13 years.
He also has a keen interest in and treats Hemangioma & Vascular Malformation at his practice.
Dr Pienaar has rooms at the Centurion Cosmetic Clinic (012-663 2011) on the premises of the Centurion Day Hospital and also at Brooklyn Day Hospital.
